Sensory Garden

The Sensory Garden opened in 2008.

Designed by Barker Landscape Architects from a concept by Greg Butler, the Sensory Garden features a central plaza, rain garden, raised beds for seniors, and tunnels of vines.

Plantings are designed to stimulate all of the senses, with year-round fragrance, rustling grasses, and tactile plants. Seasonal plantings are designed and maintained by the Late Bloomers Garden Club at the Senior Center.
