HIGHLINE SEATAC BOTANICAL GARDEN
A One-of-a-kind Heritage Location Preserving the Area’s Most Treasured Gardens
Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden
Situated on approximately 11 acres adjacent to the North SeaTac Community Center, the garden has grown to include nine collections over the last 20 years. It began with two gardens moved to prevent their demolition during Seattle-Tacoma International Airport’s third runway project. The Highline Botanical Garden Foundation continues to preserve the area’s signature and historically significant horticultural treasures. The Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden is open year round from dawn to dusk, excluding federal holidays. Admission is complimentary.

Our Mission

Through a partnership between volunteers, the City of SeaTac, and the Port of Seattle, the Foundation moved thousands of plants from to the North SeaTac Park.
