HIGHLINE SEATAC BOTANICAL GARDEN
A One-of-a-kind Heritage Location Preserving the Area’s Most Treasured Gardens
Watch us grow and expand
WELCOME TO
Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden
Situated on approximately eleven acres adjacent to the North SeaTac Community Center, the facility has grown to 9 gardens over the last 20 years. It started with two gardens moved to prevent their demolition during SeaTac Airport’s third runway project. It is FREE to the public. We continue to preserve the area’s signature and historically significant horticultural treasures. We are open year round from dawn to dusk. We are closed on federal holidays.

Our Mission
The Highline Botanical Garden Foundation was created by volunteers, to preserve two important gardens impacted by SeaTac Airport’s proposed third runway. Through a partnership between volunteers, the City of SeaTac, and the Port of Seattle, the Foundation moved thousands of plants from to the North SeaTac Park.
