Rental Fees and Rates

PERGOLA IN PARADISE—

No Reservation Fee/One Hour Maximum $75

ENGAGEMENTS—

First Hour $50/Additional Hour $25
(Please note: Chairs and other items needed for any event are the responsibility of the renters. )

PHOTOGRAPHY (Commercial Photographers)

$100 First Hour/$50 per Additional Hour

Airport Proximity

Cancellations & Refunds

In the event of a cancellation of a wedding or celebration by the customer, the $150 booking fee is not refundable. If Highline SeaTac Botanical Gardens causes a cancellation, the full booking fee is reimbursed back to the customer. Weather caused cancellations will not result in a refund of the booking fee.

Inclement Weather

Although rain in Seattle is far less frequent in the summer, consider that inclement weather could occur during the date of the event. We strongly urge members to plan an alternate location. North SeaTac Community Center at Highline SeaTac Botanical Garden is a good location for a backup plan.

If you must cancel at the last minute because of the weather, it will still be necessary for us to withhold your deposit.
